  • Patrick Greenan

    Director of Pitching

    Pat is a highly motivated coach who helps pitchers of all skill levels improve their craft. He currently serves as the pitching coach at UMass Boston. Previously, he coached at Salem State University where his pitching staff posted a 3.96 ERA and walked just 3.55 batters per 9 innings, which were both good for Top 25 in Division III. His dedication to his players is unmatched and he cares about putting his athletes first. He is constantly looking to hone his skill set and better himself as a coach.

    Pat is a graduate of St. Lawrence University, where he pitched for four years. He earned his Bachelor's in Statistics and brings a data driven approach to player development.

  • Cole Ratcliffe

    Performance Coach

    Cole is a highly knowledgeable strength and conditioning coach. He is very passionate about growing his skill set and continuing his education in the field. He has overcome his fair share of injuries in his own career and is focused on helping others avoid injuries of their own. Cole works great with athletes of al ages from young players just getting into training through those competing at the highest levels of the game.

  • Carson Cross

    Co-Founder

    When his professional playing career ended in 2017, Carson was ready and eager to develop the next generation of baseball players. His extensive knowledge and forward-thinking approach have led him to success in coaching both youth and professional players.

    Carson is committed to learning and providing modern player development techniques to athletes.

    Carson was selected in the 23rd round of the MLB Draft by the Pittsburg Pirates in 2013 and again in the 14th round by the St. Louis Cardinals in 2015. He later served as a Pitching Coach in the Milwaukee Brewers Organization 2019-2021, and is a graduate from the University of Connecticut.

  • Logan Carman

    Co-Founder

    Logan Carman co-founded East Coast Evo in September 2020 and later opened up 781evo in early 2021 to serve athletes in the Metro-Boston area.

    As a former Pitching Coach and standout at the University of Southern Maine, Logan is able to tailor programs to athletes with a strong understanding of their abilities and needs on the diamond, which helps create sustainable results.
