2x Week Membership
3-month minimum commitment
Who is it for?
This training membership is ideal for athletes 12 years or older who are new to the Evo fam or cannot commit to more than 2x per week in the facility. It is also the perfect option for athletes ready to transition out of the youth group and looking to continue developing their skills through a more advanced and individualized training opportunity.
For athletes 11 and under, please see our Youth Program or 1:1 Lessons.
What’s included?
All athletes will receive an individualized 2x week training plan focused on holistic athletic development and sport-specific skills, such as pitching and hitting. Athletes will have access to the Woburn, MA facility 2x per week to complete their training. Each session is split between athletic development and baseball skill training and is designed to take approximately 2 hours. However, we are happy to adjust the timing based on the athlete’s availability.
For athletes looking to transition into the unlimited program, we can provide an additional 2x week of training to be completed at home or the field or gym of your choice.
How do I get started?
All athletes must complete an initial assessment before enrolling in any monthly training membership. Athletes who have completed the assessment in the past do not have to sign up for an additional evaluation.
This initial assessment plays a vital role in helping us understand player goals, history, and current strengths and limitations to formulate an effective individualized training plan backed by concrete data and expert observations.

Unlimited Membership

Who is it for?
This training membership is ideal for athletes 12 years or older who are able and committed to dedicating 4 or more days of training at the Woburn, MA facility. This membership is also highly recommended for any athletes looking to prepare to meet the demands of playing college or professional baseball.

What’s included?
All athletes will receive an individualized 4-7x week training plan, depending on the athlete’s availability, goals and needs. Just as with the 2x Week Membership, the training plan will be focused on holistic athletic development and baseball-specific skills, such as pitching and hitting.
While training programs will still focus on a combination of holistic athletic development and sport-specific skills, such as pitching and hitting, the Unlimited Membership offers a more flexible training schedule, allowing athletes to break up their training sessions and skill-set focus throughout the week. Athletes are welcome to come to the facility during business hours any day of the week to complete their training.
